Shipping
What shipping method do you have and what is its cost?
For shipments to the Peninsula (mainland Spain) we use the courier service with delivery in 24/48 hours from Nacex. The shipping cost is €5. It's free for orders over €49.
For shipments to the Balearic Islands, we use the Correos Postal Express service 48/72 hours and the shipping cost is €10. We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
Do you have free shipping costs over a certain amount?
Orders of +49€ have free shipping costs.
How long does it take for my order to arrive from my purchase?
Approximately between 24-72 hours. The contracted delivery service has a delivery schedule from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., so whether it is delivered at one time or another depends on the courier's delivery route.
Do you ship to other countries?
Yes, we ship to all EU countries with a special rate of €15 shipping costs. We do not ship to Switzerland, the United Kingdom or Andorra.
Do you ship to Andorra?
We do not ship to Andorra, but we can send you to the Nacex office in La Seu d'Urgell, where you can collect your package. If you are interested in this option, contact us before placing your order through....
Payment methods and security
How can I pay?
CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD You can pay with your credit or debit card, from any entity.
PAYPAL If you have a Paypal account, you can make the payment through it.
Is my purchase completely secure?
Your purchase in our store is totally secure. Whichever payment method you choose, we have all the relevant security measures to guarantee the safeguarding of your payment data.
What if there was an incorrect charge on my card?
It has never happened, but if you ever have questions about the charges that appear on your account from purchases at our store, please contact us immediately so we can give you an answer.
Product returns and exchanges
What happens if a product arrives in poor condition or in the wrong order?
We offer refunds for products that arrive wrong, defective or in poor condition. If you receive a product like this, contact us.
How can I return a product?
You can return a product if you don't like it, it's not what you expected, the measurements don't fit what you need, or for any other reason. You have a period of 30 days from the delivery date to return any product.
Contact us to inform us that you are going to make the return and we will inform you about the procedure to follow for sending the product back. You can send us the product to be returned by any courier or you can choose our product collection service (we will send the courier to your home for €5, only to mainland Spain).
When we receive the package and verify that it is in good condition, we will refund the amount you have paid for the product to the bank account that you have indicated to us within a maximum period of 7 days. The shipping costs of returned products are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to defects in the merchandise or a service error.
